Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery date. After 7 days from delivery date you must contact Bottleofwater.com LLC’s Service to determine the best course of action. Bottleofwater.com LLC will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Damaged cases are covered under Bottleofwater.com LLC’s warranty policy will be replaced at Bottleofwater.com LLC’s cost. See “Returning Products Under Warranty,” below, for information on warranty returns.

A copy of the Bottleofwater.com LLC credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Bottleofwater.com LLC invoice may be requested prior to Bottleofwater.com LLC’s Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.

Proof of damage during shipping provided to Bottleofwater.com LLC is to be emailed to info@bottleofwater.com along with order number. Bottleofwater.com LLC reserves the right to reject any refund request if we deem product was not damaged during shipping or bottle of product have been consumed.

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email info@bottleofwater.com or call 201-400-7940, and provide the following information:

Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

Products received that do not meet the above return criteria will be dicarded.

You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Bottleofwater.com LLC Clifton, NJ address. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked; Bottleofwater.com LLC is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.

Funds will be credited within 7 days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria.
